1.Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Clean up, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2.Use of the App
Clean up is provided to help you review and organize your photo library. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.
3.User Responsibility
You are responsible for the actions you take in the app, including confirming the removal of any items. Clean up is designed around review and control — nothing is deleted automatically.
4.Subscriptions
Clean up may offer subscription-based access to premium features. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
5.Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
6.Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
7.Cancellation
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
8.Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store’s terms.
9.App Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without notice.
10.Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean up and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
11.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
